Your satisfaction is guaranteed! We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of services. We have 30 days money back guaranteed to ensure your satisfaction. The 30 days begins from day that product is shipped out, unless otherwise noted. Shipping and Handling charge is not refundable.


Most products we carry are covered by manufacturer warranties. If you would like to know if your item have manufacturer warranties please check the listing. For detail manufacturer warranty information please refer to manufacture directly.

A RETURN MERCHANDIZE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#)


All returns required an assigned RMA#. To obtain the RMA# you'll need to contact our customer service representative by email CS@BARGAINCELL.COM or via phone: 1-626-593-5001. We'll issues you a unique RMA# that will expire after 15 days. The merchandise must be returned within 15 days before the RMA# expire to receive a refund on the merchandise. Note Shipping and Handling charge is not refundable and on return item shipping charges are solely responsible by the customer.


Bargaincell.com reserves the right to refuse any merchandise without a valid RMA#. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the SKU and/or UPC bar code intact, and all components, manuals, coupon, rebate form and registration card(s) included. Products using consumable accessories such as toner, ink cartridges, media, batteries, film, etc. must be returned with the factory accessory. Product returned incomplete, or damaged, will not be accepted.


Manufacturer Return Policy Restrictions


If you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you obtain technical support from the manufacturer or make arrangements to repair the product. In many cases, the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve concerns over the phone. For fast resolving your product issues, please contact manufacturer directly.


Refurbished & Reconditioned Items


Normally, reconditioned / refurbished products carry the same 30 days money back guaranteed at Bargaincell.com, unless otherwise noted. These products may been previously sold and returned, reconditioned by an Authorized Service Dealer / Manufacturer and repackaged for selling purposes. Bargaincell.com cannot guarantee that these products come with all the original accessories and software.


Bargaincell.com Return Procedure


To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. Obtain a RMA# within 30 days from the original shipped date by contacting us via email: CS@BARGAINCELL.COM or via phone: 1-626-593-5001
2. Please provide the following information when requesting RMA #: Original order number, SKU, name of product, quantity being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included.
4. For your protection, use a "traceable" shipping method.
5. Please include RMA# on your package and send to:

6. Return the merchandise within 15 days of the RMA# is issued. Print the RMA # clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A Return Authorization # WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE SENDER.


Credits


Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement.


Replacement Merchandise


In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise at same time, you must place a new order. Bargaincell.com must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any replacements. We will ship your replacement in the same manner as your original order. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse.


Restocking Fee may apply


Unless defective, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned opened GPS/Navigation units, cellular phones, projectors, cameras, camcorders, notebooks, netbooks, tablet , home and garden, Toys and desktops.
