Why do you want me to provide BargainCell.com with an email address and password?

Shopping and Checkout
How do I make a purchase?
When you see an item you want, click on "Add to Shopping Cart" to put it in your Shopping Cart. Then proceed to Checkout. Remember, an item isn't yours until you pay for it at Checkout. Until then, someone else can still buy it.
What is "Retail Price?"
Retail Price is the price at which an item may, in the reasonable judgment of our experienced buyers, be sold on an everyday basis (i.e. excluding special promotions or sales) at retail stores, and may also be based on an estimate of customary retailer mark-ups for similar merchandise.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Will you collect sales tax on my order?
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on all orders shipped to California, the state where our business is located.
Shipping
How much will I pay in shipping charges?
Order as much as you like and pay only $4.95 to ship your entire order! BargainCell.com's special flat rate shipping means whether you buy one item or dozens of items, you still pay only $4.95 to ship within United States. So order all you want and ship it for one low price.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, but we are always striving to provide the best service possible to our customers. We are currently working on finding ways to ship our products to reach more locations.
How will you ship my order and when will it arrive?
We ship most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Most orders placed after 12pm PCT will be shipped the next business day. Majority of the light weight items under 2 pounds will be shipped via USPS First Class (Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery). Orders over 2 pounds will be shipped via UPS Ground (Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery). For Next Day Delivery, please call us to place an order.

At BargainCell.com we stand behind our products 100%. So, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price. Please note the original and return shipping and handling charge will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances.
Please include a copy of the invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason of return and if you are looking for an exchange or refund. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item you are looking for.
Our Return Center will process your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. You must include your last 4 digits credit card information to enable us to issue a credit to your card. Please be advised that you can expect a replacement or refund within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. This policy is only valid for BargainCell.com website purchase only.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from BargainCell.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at CustomerService@BargainCell.com. Note: All returns must be made within 30 days.
